I'm lost
Scared, worried, afraid

I want to run
Hide

There are so many feelings
Swirling inside

In feel pathetic
Unimportant, a nuisance

I'm alone
Lonely

I'm going to blow
Scream, cry

Somebody, anybody
Help me

This poem is inspired from my friend she's having a difficult time right now and she wanted me to write her a poem, here it is.

"The shorter it is, the more well said it is."

This is good, but it's more of a free verse, not a sonnet.
