She can because she thinks she can.

Oh come the sweet release of summer’s start
And feel the summer breeze upon our face
To lie out in the sun is the best part
Although the summer goes at a fast pace

Where did the sun go? Behind the clouds it hides
Oh high above the trees the birds do fly
To Disney we shall go where many rides
Do soar. You feel as though that you could touch the sky

So run around and wait on pending lines
Oh it is the happiest place of all
No one dies in Disney, they avoid fines
How your face lights up to hear Mickey’s call

How rare it is to get childhood back
You’d best get home to hurry up and pack

The author's comments:
The first verse of this poem I wrote with another classmate and then we both went home and continued the poem on our own so it was really fun to see how different the two turned out. Unfortunately, I don't have my classmate's sonnet to put up and compare to mine. Either way I hope you enjoy my third sonnet.
