The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Clune is an interesting book. The more I read this book the more I understand what the book is about.

The main character, Linus Baker, goes to different orphanages and writes reviews about what he experienced. When he goes to the orphanage where The Master, Arthur, works, he is at first a little scared of the children there. A character that stood out was Sal. He has a special ability where he can give people special abilities by biting them. So, I can see why Linus might have been scared.

My thoughts on this book are interesting. It was confusing to understand but as I read I understood more of what was going on. I always struggle at the beginning of books because there are so many characters introduced and other things as well and it’s just a lot of information in one or two chapters,

As someone who doesn’t read books at all, I am enjoying reading this book. If you are someone who reads books quite often, this book would probably be a pretty easy read.
