The Help by Kathryn Stockett
The Help is about colored maids that work for white people. They have to do everything for them. They didn’t respect their maids at all.
The author’s purpose was to explain that everyone should be treated equally, and nobody’s different. This book was very moving! It made me realize that it doesn’t matter what color someone is, because everyone is the same.
I would definitely recommend this book to others, because I think people would love it! The book left me with a great impression. I never wanted to put this book down! I think you should read this book for excitement, and a fun time of entertainment! The only weakness of this book is its grammar! Other than its grammar it is an awesome book!
