Letters to the Unknown
Love given, how it was given, and whom it was given to, was well thought out. I poured my heart and soul, into the locket that was given to you, the one that now rests on display at your favorite vintage shop. It was never part of the plan, my thoughts had no room for imperfections. I apologize for overwhelming you, no, actually, I apologize that you were brought up to be a coward. You’re weak, and maybe if you ever gave your hidden thoughts a chance, you would’ve spent the rest of your life with the wrong person, for all the right reason. Instead, enjoy life, as the wrong reasons swallow you whole.
How safe do you feel now?
