A Broken Razor
October 2, 2013
Her face was worn, her body torn,
she wished that she was never born.
Pain in her cries, scars on her thighs,
eyes full of hurt and a mouth full of lies.
Her screams silent, her mind violent;
her blade was her only compliant.
Another slit, just one more hit,
another reason to commit.
It was rough, she had enough;
the world around her was much too tough.
She put a gun to her head, bled and bled,
congratulations, society, she’s dead.
