When They Say it Takes Time...
Has someone ever broken your heart? Have you ever lost someone you loved, ether to death or something like that? Have you ever lost all of your friends in a move to another town? Have you ever been put down for something you like or what you look like? When an event like this happens and it leaves you feeling lost and empty inside, has anyone ever told you “Time will heal your pain”, or something similar? They say that if you give it time it won’t hurt so badly. Well, it may be true but it adds up with other things and creates stress. And stress, as I learned in health class is the number one killer. It caused more deaths than drugs and alcohol. In fact in some cases it leads people to do these things. So when people tell you to give it time, do that, but don’t forget it. Learn from it. That’s the best thing you could possibly when stuck in these situations.
