Alex Zhang’s  motivating "Dead Last" talks about how he is dead last. His coaches or swimming teammates don’t care about him. His entire team is way faster then he is. Personally, I can relate to Alex’s story. I was never the fastest swimmer, and my coaches barely knew I existed. It states in the passage,” But they didn’t help me. To them, I was invisible.” I feel like if his coaches and teammates paid more attention to him, he would have been in a better position. With the help of his dad, he manages to not be last, but dead middle.
