Steps in the Right Direction
In the October issue of Teen Ink, McLaren Stewart writes a loving article called “Steps in the Right Direction.” The young adult who wrote, “Steps in the Right Direction” had a caring loving heart. TOMS is something I have never heard about until reading this article. The writer was not to sure about the shoes at the beginning but after hearing about the organization and getting his own pair he soon fell in love. TOMS is a caring organization that donates one pair of shoes to a kid in need of shoes when a person orders from this organization. In Ayersville I don’t think we really have any organizations that I know of around this area. I think this would be a really good idea if some of the kids of Ayersville could come up with some organization that could help people in need. I can’t relate to this article because I have never been in an organization like this one, but I will now consider looking into one to help another person in need of help.
