This piece of writing caught my attention when Amber was talking about her parents and how they are fire fighters. I can relate because my dad is also a fire fighter. This piece is about how Amber's parents are volunteer firefighters and how they were on the job for more than thirty years, and how they saved a lot of people.

I get it when she said describes how people don’t get out of the way of emergency vehicles because I was going to the store with my dad, and he got a fire call. So we did a quick turn and we were stuck behind a guy in his truck who was on the phone and did not see the flashing lights. Amber reminds us that you should not wait to thank firefighters: you should thank them now.
