Sixth grade

I ended fifth grade with laughter and memories. I thought sixth grade would be a blast. As a class, we have been together for since kindergarten and have a strong bond. The first two weeks was filled with playing four square on the pavement and being competitive. But it changed.
One day, I came home crying. Two girls named Katie and Britney would look in my direction and whisper in each other’s ear. I ignored them at first. Then, they started to get on my nerves. They would find others students to follow their lead and help torment me. Thoughts come pouring through my head with possible reasons. My hair...clothes…sports.
I kept on thinking of why they would do this to me. We have been friends for seven years and now they turn their backs. It felt like a knife was going through my body. It seemed every day when I went to school I felt this way. When will it end? There is nothing I can do to stop the agony I am going through.
