Why?, Why me? Why did my best friend have to have liver failure?
Why? Why did my best friend have some exotic disease?
Why? Why did my best friend have kidney failure?
Why could I not remember any fun or good times with him?
My face hot, tears running down on to his furry skin holding him in my arms crying
Why was it that I could only think to say “why me? Why does this happen to me? What did I do wrong?”
Why did he have to die? Why did my best friend have to die?
Why? Why me?
