Reports that 11 commercial jetliners are missing from the main airport in Libya's capital of Tripoli are raising fears that militants could use them in terrorist attacks to mark the 13th anniversary of 9/11 next week.

On September 2, 2014 reports say that 11 commercial airlines went missing from an airport in Libya. People think that terrorists are planning to use the 11 airlines to celebrate the 13th anniversary of September 11, 2014. The 11 airlines were taken around late August, late on the airlines were located about 20 miles away near Libya’s capital.

The United Nations Security Council on August 27 announced plans for new sanctions on Libyan militias and terrorists. In a resolution the U.N. warned of the growing presence of al Qaeda-linked terrorist groups and individuals operating in Libya.
Obama said,”Terrorists are bad.”
