Whittler MAG
My grandfather was a strong, brave man who carved woodenducks like a magician. He believed in the simple things, like being patient andtaking it easy. He served our country in the Air Force and at the firehouse formany years. He also read the comics to me when I was young and would sit on hisknee, like a master teaching his apprentice. He always had a certain comic toneabout him that I admired. He was a good and noble man who spoke words of wisdom. He would never, ever complain, even during the very worst of times. He lovedfishing. He was like a stone skipping directly into a pond with great ease. Hewas very much in love with the beach and ocean, like a prince who had found hisgolden treasure, and returned to it no matter what.
