What do I love about Wisconsin? What is there not to love?

In Wisconsin (Wisco) we are lucky to have four seasons. In every season I do something different to make me happy. In winter, I go on a snowmobile trip with my dad and great uncle every year to other places on our club trip. I love snowmobiling from the rush of popping a wheelie to see all the towns and wildlife up north. I ride a 2016 Polaris Pro S It’s one the most fun sleds to fide ever.

In the springtime, I get swamped on the farm, but I can still get away on the weekends to go to cattle shows. On our farm, we raise beef cattle, dairy cattle, and crops. I am the fourth generation farmer on this farm and it’s only had two names the Morris Farm and the Dave Morris Farm. In the springtime, I get to do one of my favorite jobs and that is working ground. I like it because I can go really fast and I can really see what I have accomplished. In Wisconsin, there are a lot of spring cattle shows. It is incredible mostly because it is fun to go but I also bought a very nice steer and so I won a lot and got a lot of money. But it is not all about the money, it's about having fun with the people around you.

Almost every show I go to with the Keglys (My show family) we stop at A&W and usually get the same thing every time. I get the Double Cheeseburger with fries with a root beer float.

Summer is probably my favorite season because of all the different things I can do. Although I work a lot I still get out on the boat and go surfing. It is also one favorite time because I get to do a lot of stuff with my friends.

Last but certainly not least is fall. I love fall because of the fantastic colors, the smells, and the work. The fall is a farmer’s “payday” because we go to the fields and harvest what we have been growing for the last five months. In the fall I love seeing all the different colors from the leaves on the trees to the leaves on the corn and beans.

What is there not to love?

Wisconsin is the best place on earth.
