Forever Ago.
It feels like forever ago since our last kiss. Your lips were stained dark blueish black. The icing from your graduation cake had changed them. I clung to you like a scared child as you held me so tight I could barely breathe. The tears steamed from my eyes and yours. Our lips quivered as they touched. You told me you loved me and I said the same to you. We meant it too. Reality had hit us both, you were moving and neither of us could stop it.
It feels like forever ago since I saw your smile, through your tears as you waved goodbye. I waved and tried to smile too. As I drove away for the last time.
Last night feels like forever ago.
