If you see a pretty boy/girl please tell them, it is so annoying when you wait until it is to late and we have already moved on. Besides if you really do like somebody wouldn’t it be mean to hide it from them? And it would ruin the whole point of staring and making the other person feel awkward. So please if you really do like someone you can stare as long as you want, but you better say why. I’m talking about this from experience (by the way)!
