When people do work at school, most of the time they have a hard time working because they hear a lot of noise like people talking and they can’t focus. So with music they won’t hear anything or anyone talking. They could be in their own world while doing their work. Because when i write i’m always in my own world because i don't hear anyone or anything because i do my work while listening to music. Its better to listen to music while doing your work. The school should let us listen to music while doing our work.Its better then u think. It really helps focus on your work. 

If people take advantage of it, like when looking up a song they are really doing something else and if u catch them doing it you can just not let them listen to music. You could tell everyone if you want to listen to music while doing your work, tell them too put their phone where ever the teacher can see it. Trust me everyone loves music.
