Features
My family has a variety of noses. My father admires his nose, it’s like a pyramid in the middle of his wide face. My brother is a copy of my father: a slim head, blocked by a structurally sound nose in the center of his face. My father enjoys claiming his features. My sister, ashamed, has an odd shaped nose. The bump in the middle, sits like a wrong turn on the way to your destination.
My mother has an elegant nose. It is the center of attention. It balances her warm and tender eyes, and casts a perfect shadow on her soft, slim and simple lips. I am proud of my nose. It’s a reflection of my mother. Although my face is wide, her nose is still there, like a flag claiming it’s land claiming it’s features.
