I am
The Game
The dew on the green grass is cold when I take my first steps in the morning. The smell of the fresh-cut green grass is a nostalgic thing, it reminds me of when I was young and I would wake up early with my dad to go golf, I wasn't the best player when I was younger, and often I got discouraged, but I kept my head up. The cool morning air bites on my skin with little to no wind. The sunrise is a beautiful thing, early in the morning, the sky is blushing with hints of red and orange, that remind me of oranges and apples right off the vine, the cold air is fresh and crisp. The reason I play is for the love of the game and so I can spend time with my dad. Even on good and bad days, I can still find enjoyment in this game. Playing is tough mentally but I think that’s why it’s considered a game. I am Talon Lusk, and this is why I play.
