Summary:

Esin, an Ottoman soldier, was in the unsuccesful siege of Constantinople in 1422. He dies in the battle. 31 years later, his son Ekrem is also an Ottoman soldier and he goes to fight in the siege of Constantinople in 1453. He gets injured but survives and the Ottomans win the war and conquer Constantinople. His mom, Ela, his wife, Emine, and his daughter, Emel all come to now Istanbul with him and they start living in Istanbul.
