The Admiral is sitting in his office when a message appears on his computer

With StarFleet Commander in Chief Elections coming up I would like to express that my people would like you to run for the position since you are at the highest rank that can be given to anyone and StarFleet and the only other one is the Chief Position. As that is said I please want you to consider joining the Campaign.

Admiral “Well that makes the 100th Email so far. I guess I am running for the Chief. Commander Townsend, please report to my office”

Commander Townsend walks in through a door that leads to the bridge

Commander Townsend “What's Up?”

Admiral “I am going to run for the Position”

Commander Townsend “That's Good Admiral Riker has been in there for ten years and he had just entered his second year when the Romulans joined so it's about time  we have a new one sir”

Admiral “If I do I am reassigning you to the Titan as the Commanding Officer”

Commander Townsend “Why?”

Admiral “I think it's about time you have your ship Commander” then his comm badge beeps

Lt. Hutchins “Incoming Messages from The President”

Admiral “Put her through” a Laria Rillak who was part Human, Bajoran, and Cardassian appears on the screen

Admiral “Mrs. President How may I help?”

President Ryan “I think we have an issue with one of our outer colonies Admiral”

Admiral “What's the issue?”

President Ryan “At 0200 we lost all contact with the Colony and we tried reaching them but all we got was they were under attack and that's all we got I would like the Enterprise to go check it out if you need extra ships on standby they will be. Keep me updated Admiral. Earth Out.” Then the  President disappears off screen

Commander Townsend “I get the ship ready” and they both walk out to the bridge

Admiral “Lt. Hutchins set course for outer Colonies 2653 Please”
Lt. Hutchins “Yes Sir lining up for warp Now sir” The Enterprise turns and faces away from Earth

Admiral “Lt. Bock put all extra power to the Engines “

Lt. Bock “Yes Sir”

Lt. Hutchins “Lined Up Sir”

Admiral “Engage”  The Enterprise disappears from the Earth's View

30 Minutes Later

The Enterprise comes out of warp and comes to a stop

Admiral “Lt. Frye Scan the planet for anything”

Lt. Frye “Yes Sir” 

Admiral “Lt. Hutchins bring us around into a high Orbit”

Lt. Hutchins “Yes Sir”

Lt. Frye “Scans complete Class M Planet, No Signs of Life but am picking up some life toward the Northern half of Planet”

Admiral “Is it the Colonist?”

Lt. Frye “ Don’t Know. The Storm on that half is preventing any accurate scans”

Admiral “Could we beam a team down?”

Lt. Frye “Yes but it would have been outside the storm and then the team would have to walk through the storm to the location”

Admiral “Lt. Frye  Get a team together Full Gear”

Lt. Frye “Yes Sir I will send Lt. Commander White”

Admiral “Get it done”

1MINUTESITES LATER 

Lt. Commander White walked into transporter room 1 dressed in full gear bearing a phaser rifle and pistol and looks at 7 others

Lt. Commander White “Our Job is to get through the storm and find out the source of the readings then report back to the Pick-up  point” and they all step up onto the pad

Lt. Commander White “Beam Us Down”

Down on the Planet, 8 white lights began to appear about a mile from where the storm is rampaging the Homes of the colonists

Lt. Commander White “ Masks On, Weapons Ready Ensign Scan the Area”

Ensign Black “Scanning.... Nothing Sir” the Commander makes a motion with his hand and they all set out toward the Storm

The team has entered the storm and has officially made it toward the town and to find it empty but it looks like a bomb went off there was blood everywhere

Lt. Commander White “We need to get back to the checkpoint and get back to Enterprise now Let's move out... MOVE IT NOW!”

He starts to raise his Phaser Rifle toward something running at them and fires 

Lt. Commander White “FALL BACK LT.s COVER FIRE NOW” Then Two more of the teams members raise their weapons and start firing

Ensign Black “ WHAT IS IT!?” Asked the lt. As he fired a random shot off

Lt. Commander White “GORN ALL UNITS GET BACK TO THE CHECKPOINT NOW”

And they all start running toward the spot where they first started. Meanwhile on the Enterprise they detect weapons fire on the surface

Lt. Frye “Admiral picking up weapons fire on the surface”

Admiral “From the team?” She nods her head

Admiral “Transporter room standby”

The Landing team makes it toward the spot

Lt. Commander White “ENTERPRISE BEAM US UP!”

They start to disappear when the Gorn Creature jumps and tackles Ensign Bock and rips his head off and turns toward the team but they are long gone. They appear on the Enterprise

Lt. Commander White “Get me the Admiral”

When Commander White walked onto the bridge the Admiral had a weird look on his face

Admiral “What were you shooting at?”

Lt. Commander White “The Gorn Sir” The Admiral Jump up and started to yell orders

Admiral “Yellow Alert Raise Shields Alert Star Fleet and have those ships en-route. Frye “Yes Sir” and the crew did what they were told

Lt. Hutchins “Prox's enmity Alert we have incoming!”

A Ghostly looking ship makes its way toward the Enterprise and locks weapons on it

Admiral “That didn’t Taketake Arm All weapons and fire on my word”

Lt. Frye “Yes Arming Weapons”

A bright orb shoots from the Enemy Vessel

Admiral “Lt. Evasive Action” The Enterprise moves to avoid the orb but to no effect and slams into the side of the ship leavening a gaping hole in the side

Admiral “Now you’ve pissed me off Fire all Weapons”

Lt. Frye “Firing” All the Phaser Banks Shot out blue Plasma and not only were they used but 9 Quantum Torpedoes also raced toward their target and slam hard enough to knock the other ship off course temporally and as they limp back to their normal stance the backup ships arrive but only four USS Excelsior/Admiral J. McGill, USS Intrepid/ Captain McGill, USS Voyager/ Captain Carpenter, USS Constellation/ Captain Huffman  

Lt. Fox “Admiral We have 4 ships on standby and have an incoming hail from the Excelsior”

Admiral “Put It Through” a Woman dressed in an Admirals Uniform but still under Rank compared to the Fleet Admiral

Admiral McGill “Admiral We are ready for orders”

Admiral “Stand By and await instructions Enterprise Out. What's the Enemy ship doing?”

Lt. Frye “Retreating Sir”

Admiral “Any Gorn Ships?” she shakes her head

Lt. Hutchins “Sir The Storm on the surface has cleared and we have a full view of the settlement” The Admiral walks toward the front of the bridge

Admiral “Bring it up” the center of the town shows on screen and the Admiral sees what Lt. Commander White Said-Blood everywhere, most running in a Straight line toward a warehouse

Admiral “Scan that Warehouse”

Lt. Frye “No Human Life Signs but picking up massive amounts of Gorn Life Signs Sir”

Admiral “Lock a Photon and Destroy It”

Lt. Frye “Locking......Firing” A Bright orange orb shoots into view and the next thing they see is a fireball engulfing the WareHouse destroying anything or anyone on the side

Admiral “Any More Gorn Signs?”

Lt. Frye “Yes But not in the settlement, The Signs are coming from the other side of the Planet, Bring it up now” The Screen switch to a Mountain with a Mouth of a cave showing watches with Two Gorn's  Welding Weapons guarding the entrance

Lt. Frye “This is where the signs are coming from”

Admiral “Could we beam a team down?”

Lt. Frye “Not in front of it but about 9 Miles away from the entrance due to the Geography of the area”

Admiral “Weapons?”

Lt. Frye “Sorry Sir the Geography will mess with the targeting systems on the Weapons”

Admiral “So you are telling me we can’t do anything?”

Lt. Frye “....Yes” The Admiral sighed and walk toward his briefing room

Admiral “Commander Townsend watches the area and takes that off the screen...You have the bridge” He walks into his room and when he enters he asks the computer

Admiral “Computer Open Secure channel to Federation President Ryan”

Computer “Opening Secure Channel.....Channel Open” President Ryan’s Form Appeared in front of the Admiral in a 3d Holographic projection from Earth

President Ryan “Admiral Dersch How is it going?”

The Admiral sighed

Admiral “Well Not Good, The Gorn Have Taken the Settlement, And Species 8427 are Guarding the Space Above the Planet which has been dealt with. We only have to worry about the Gorn Mam.”

The President had a worried look on her face

President Ryan “So You’ve Dealt with The 8427 but what about the Gorn?”

Admiral “We Only have a good amount left in a cave 6 Miles from the Main Settlement But we haven’t attempted anything yet”

President Ryan “Have You lost anyone?” The Admiral nodded Sadly

Admiral “Yes Ensign David Black The Gorn chasing them grab him before Transporters could lock on. The Last of the Gorn Are in a Cave but can’t Lock Weapons due to the geography and The Away Team would have to beam down 9 miles away from the entrance and there are no hiding spots and they have two of them Guarding the Entrance to the cave”

President Ryan “Due Whatever is necessary Admiral, Earth Out” The Figure Disappeared in a ball of light

Admiral “Commander Townsend, Get The Admiral and the Captains To Our Briefing Room for a meeting just the Captains and Admiral Understood”

Commander Townsend “Yes Sir”

The Admiral Walks onto the Bridge and Looks at the Screen

Admiral “Commander Townsend Stand Down Red Alert but keep shields Raised”

Commander Townsend “Yes Sir Lt. Frye Go to Yellow Alert Keep Shields Up”

Lt. Frye “Yes Sir”

The Admiral Stands in front of the Briefing Room door when it opens he walks in Captain Mcgill Says

Captain Mcgill “ Admiral In the Room” The Rest of them All Stand and look toward the Admiral as he walks to the head of the table

Admiral “Please Sit,” They all sit down and look at him

Admiral “As you know the Gorn have full control on the Ground and there are only two options, Send a Weapons Party to neutralize them or leave them and Mark this Federation Planet as Gorn Territory Any other suggestions are welcome”

Admiral J. Mcgill “Have you Told StarFleet?”

Admiral “I haven’t Spoken to them Directly but have spoken first hand to President Ryan which means the Federation High Council Is watching every move and already told them My Two Ideas and they were leaning toward the 1st and not the 2nd”

Captain Huffman “If we did use a Ground Team how many people would we lose?”

Admiral “Too Many to count”

Captain Carpenter “So what do they want us to do if we could lose so many?”

Admiral “That's Why we have this meeting to figure out the next steps”

Admiral J. Mcgill “So they don’t want to use the Ground team but if they need to they will?”

Admiral “Yes”

Captain Mcgill “So what do we do then?”

Admiral “Think”

Admiral J. Mcgill “Could we fire any weapons?”

Admiral “yes but would use more than 10 of them to acutely hit and evening destroy it”

Captain Huffman “What if we all fire together?”

Captain Mcgill “Yea if we all fire at the same time we could have a very better percentage of hitting and destroying the cave Than just one of us”

Admiral “Sounds like an IdThat'shats when President Ryan Appear and startled the Admirals and Captain and they all stand toward her hologram

President Ryan “Sit Please, And yes that sounds like an idea Admirals and Captains Get it done” And she goes just like she came

The Admirals and captains didn’t evening have time to sit before she finished and disappear

Lt. Hutchins “Lay in the course and going to maximum Warp” All the Ships All Disappears from the Planets view”

CIF OFFICE ON BASE

Location: SB One, Earth

The Admiral Walked down the Corridor aboard Star Base One which has been there since the Federation was evening Born as you know it has been refitted and made better. But it still has that Still Beauty of what a Good Federation Star Base should be. As the Admiral Walked the Cadets and officers walking down toward the Admiral made way for him. As he walked past one of the Cadets of them, A Human Female Asked him a question

Female Cadet “Admiral Is it True?”

The Admiral nodded his head. What the cadet was talking about was that 1 month ago StarFleet Command Got a Commander in Chief, and That person was Fleet Admiral J. Dersch. Nobody could believe it at first some evening and said he would sit in the touchpad the chair instead of running the Entire Command but in the end they were wrong. The Admiral Finally made it to where he wanted to go and stood in front of a door labeled FLEET ADMIRAL J. DERSCH (CIF) when he walked in Newly Promoted Fleet Admiral J. Mcgill whicShe'sh was to replace Former Fleet Admiral Dersch’s Position stood and Saluted

Admiral “Please Sit I don't need the specialties,”

Fleet Admiral J. Mcgill “Admiral As your new Chief Of Staff Should I mention you start to wear your new Uniform” The Uniform she is talking about is a Full White Uniform with a Big Gray stripe down the Middle with 6 Stars on each Shoulder

Admiral “All In good, All in good time. But Now Have You Found a Good Captain For the Enterprise?”

Fleet Admiral J. Mcgill “ Yes I have given it to Newly Captain Townsend”

Admiral “Good At least She's in Good Hands. Is it still the Flag Ship?”

She nodded

Admiral “Good Do I have Any meetings?”

Fleet Admiral J. Mcgill “Yes One at noon with the President then you have a party for your Promotion at 7”

He looks at the clock it read 10:00

Admiral “Well I have 2 hours till the meeting so why don’t you get me the Ship Schematics on the New Ship Excelsior Please”

Fleet Admiral J. Mcgill “Yes Sir will within a few minutes” With that, she got up and went to her office on the other side of the room and entered. A Few minutes later a message popped up on his desk which was a giant touch pad he clicked it and a Hologram appeared of a New Ship Design and he started to pull parts off the model and mumble words as he studied the designs

Admiral “Could add some more cargo room.......Maybe add an extra Control station on the bridge.....And that seems about it” He Types everything he said and sends them with the designs to the Original designer to re-write them  with the improvements made by the admiral, before he sent them he pushed a button on his desk and talked

Admiral “Admiral Mcgill make sure these Suggestions and designs are sent to the Right Designer of the Excelsior”

Fleet Admiral J. Mcgill “Yes Sir I will make it is delivered”

Admiral “Thank You” and he pushed a button on the desk and she went mute

The Admiral was reading a report when his desk beeped. He tap a button and Admiral Mcgill spoke

Admiral J. Mcgill “Sir You have 30 Minutes till the Meeting with the President”

Admiral  “Thank You get a shuttle ready please”

Admiral Mcgill “Yes Sir it will be ready”

With the,  he got his stuff and cleaned the desk and walk out of the office and down the corridor and when he got to the Shuttle Bay on the station a Commander Walked up to him

Commander “Admiral Your Shuttle is ready, would you like to be a pilot?”

Admiral “Yes Please”

Commander “She will be there in  a moment”

He walked up the ramp into the sides of the shuttle and sat in the Chair. This shuttle wasn’t a regular shuttle with seats on each side but it had a desk on one side and a bar on the other and toward the front closed off from the rest was the Cockpit. He sat down when a Beautiful Blond Athletic looking  Lt. Walked on.

 Commander “Admiral I am Commander Bock and will be your Pilot”

Admiral “Good How have you been?”

Commander Bock “Good You?”

Admiral “Fine Congrats on the Promotion”

Commander Bock “Thanks and May I ask where you are going today?”
Admiral “Going to have a meeting with the Federation President”

Commander Bock “Well let's get you there on time” and with the t she makes her way toward the Cockpit and the Admiral hears the dull thud as the engines kick on

The Admiral Looks at his window all he sees is the Eiffel Tower in Paris which houses the Capital of the United Federation Of Planets, Where’s the StarFleet HQ is in San Francisco. He looks in admiration when Commander Bock Comes on speakers

Commander Bock “We are making our final Approach to land” the Shuttle banks left and the Admirals View is filled with the Building that has the Federation Flag Flying High and besides the Flag there Was the Federation President Ryan surrounded by her team and a few Star Fleet Security Officers. When the shuttle landed the Admiral stood and looked toward the Commander as she stepped out of the Cockpit he said

Admiral “Commander When are you free for dinner?”

The commander looked at him like he was crazy

Commander Bock “Tonight?”

Admiral “Stop by the office and I will take you out to dinner. San Francisco area would be fun”

Commander Bock “Okay see you there” and the Admiral walked out down the ramp and was met by the President and they Shooks hands

President Ryan “Good to finally meet you in Pearson Admiral. How do you like the new position?’

Admiral “Fine, I will get used to it. How about that meeting?”

She nodded and turns to walk back into the building

President Ryan “Yes Come Let's get started” and the mob of people walked toward the Building. When they enter they talk an elevator to the 6th floor and enter a Conference room and takes their seat with the President on one side and the Admiral on the other

President Ryan “Our Main Issue is not having enough ships in our fleet evening with the Romulans ships. So Admiral, what can we do to get that fixed?”

Admiral “Our Funding is amazing and we can have the ships bulti it is just getting the crew it needs to run properly”

President Ryan “So you want me to try to get some better propaganda about star fleet to get more Recruits”

The Admiral nodded

Admiral “It would be nice”

President Ryan “Well then you will get the Recruits you need. Anything else?”

Admiral “Not that I can think of”

She stands up

President Ryan “Well that concludes this meeting. Hope you have a nice day admiral”

The Admiral Makes his way down the hall and backs out onto the pavilion where his shuttle waited along with Commander Bock

Admiral “Commander Bock, where's the Enterprise?”

Commander Bock “Space Dock Sir. Why?”

Admiral “TThat'swhere we are going”

Commander Bock “Yes Sir” and they both walk up the ramp and the shuttle takes off and flies toward the sky into space and goes to the Enterprise. When they entered the shuttle bay and landed they are greeted by Captain Townsend

Captain Townsend “Hello Admiral Welcome Back”

Admiral “Good to be back”

Captain Townsend “Hello Commander, Congrats on the Promotion”

Commander Bock “Thanks. And congrats to you as well on the Captain”

Captain Townsend “well Admiral What's Up?”

Admiral “You Are going to be my flagship when needed”

Captain Townsend “Didn’t know the  commander in chief needed a flagship”

Admiral “ Well they do but it's rarely used by the chief but it might be needed and they want one ready to be the ship. So the Enterprise is my flagship”

Captain Townsend “Good”

The Admiral is sitting in his office down on earth in San Francisco that overlooks the Golden Gate Bridge. The Golden Gate Bridge is a Masterpiece built in the year 1933 and still stands 330 Years later in 2236.

The Admiral is typing up some reports when his desk beeps

Admiral “Yes”

Fleet Admiral J. Mcgill “Commander Bock Is here to see you, sir”

Admiral “Send Her In”

Commander Bock Entered the room and walked toward the desk and sat

Admiral “Are You doing okay?”

Commander Bock “What do you Mean?”

Admiral “You’ve changed since the last time I have seen you. Something Happened?”

She hesitated

Commander Bock “Yes My Father Past away two weeks ago”

Admiral “The Famous Ambassador?” she nodded sadly

Admiral “Well My condolences to you and your family” she just nodded

Admiral “Why Didn’t you take leave?”

Commander Bock “He wouldn’t have taken leave as the Ambassador passed past so I won’t either” 

Admiral “Well it looks like you need it.”

She shook her head

Admiral “It's A Order You are going to take leave Starting two Days from now So Finish the duties you need then you are going to have one week of leave to deal with it.”

Commander Bock “Yes Sir. May I ask why You asked me to dinner?”

Admiral “You're a special woman and you have done Many good things without Rewards so I would like to treat you to dinner and  the main reason is due to the Romulan Treaty that you were such a big part of”

Commander Bock “Okay what time tonight?” He pushed a button on his desk

Admiral “Mcgill Do I have anything else to do?” Admiral J. Mcgill spoke

Admiral J. Mcgill “ No Sir”

Admiral “Okay I am going out for the night don’t stay too long Understood”

Admiral J. Mcgill “Yes Sir” The Admiral Stood and walk toward the Door to exit

Admiral “I will meet you at Tacoma's Restaurant down on 1965 Al Scoma Way Okay”

And they walked out of the office to a transporter pad and they both beamed to their house

50 MINUTES LATER

The Admiral militarized in front of the Tacoma's Restaurant and looked for the Commander and found her waiting for him by the door. She was dressed in an Ankle Length Red Dress with High Heels and her hair was done in a well-done Bun and she stood out among the Others. He walked up to her

Admiral “Well you look more beautiful than ever”  Kate Blushed at this Comment

(COM.) Kate Bock “ I say the same for one” The Admiral was dressed in a black suit with a blue Tie  and some black shoes

Admiral “It reminds me of My cadet years Don’t You?” She nodded then laughed

Admiral “What's so funny? Don’t Remember being dressed as a clown”

Kate Bock “I just remember one of the Pranks we pulled on one of our instructors before we graduated”

Admiral “What Year did you graduate?” They Took an outside table overlooking the harbor and sat down

Kate Bock “One Year after you. May I ask how old you are?”

Admiral “29, and you are?”

Kate Bock “27”

Admiral “May I ask how you know what year I graduated?”

Kate Bock “I Might have liked you a little but never told you...” She trailed off

Admiral “Well Now I know and we are together at dinner” The Waiter came to the Table

Waiter “Hello My Name is Ally. What can I start you off with Tonight?”

Admiral “Barq's Root Beer”

Kate Bock “I will have the Same” with that the waiter was off to get the drink 

A few Minutes she came back with drinks

Waiter “Here you go” As she set the drinks down

Waiter “Are you guys ready to order?” They both nodded

Kate Bock “Combo Louis Salad” The Waiter Nodded

Admiral “Pasta Diplomatic”

Waiter “okay will shortly” and she went to give the orders to the cook

Admiral “So You like me back in the academy?”

Kate Bock “Yes”

Admiral “I didn’t go out with many girls in the academy or evening high school to be truthful”

Kate Bock “And you are here with me”

For the next five minutes, they talked about the Years at the Academy. When their dinners came they ate then for the next hour they had the best time either of them had in a long time. When an Air Raid Siren went off. They both looked up to see Multiple bright blue orbs shot toward the Harbor where the StarFleet HQ was set and slammed into it and the Entire star fleet HQ was in a big ball of flame. The Admiral whip out his communicator and hailed the Enterprise

Admiral “Dersch to Enterprise” Captain Townsend came through

Captain Townsend “This is Enterprise”

Admiral “Beam Us Up and scan for any ships that just destroyed HQ” They both were beamed up to the bridge of the enterprise and the Admiral started to yell orders

Admiral “Lt. Frye Go to Red Alert Tell Star Base one to put all ships at Red Alert. And scan for the biosignatures tracing the weapons to the ship”

Lt. Frye “yes Sir "She started to tap at her controls when something slammed into the enterprise knocking everyone on the bridge off their feet and Blowing control panels to smithereens some of the Bridge lights blew out and heavy smoke covered the bridge. Captain Townsend look for the admiral and found him on the ground and took off to his side and found his head had a big gash on the side holding his head high was Commander Bock trying to stop the Admiral from bleeding to death

Captain Townsend's “BRIDGE MEDICAL ADMIRAL DERSCH IS DOWN! FRYE STATUS REPORT!” Lt. Frye Stood and looked at her console and found it was destroyed and limped over toward the nearest working station and start read the incoming reports 

Lt. Frye “Main Computer down, Weapons Offline, Shields down, Life Support weakened, decks 20-50 are breached, Sir You're not going to believe this”

Captain Townsend looked up from helping Commander Bock 

Lt. Frye “We are not on Earth. I don’t know how but we are not on Earth anymore. Nav systems say we are in Rebel Romulan Space”

Captain Townsend “Are Comms working?” She nodded

Captain Townsend “Send Mayday on the Priority One Channel and say the CIC is down request Immediate assistance”

Lt. Frye “Yes Sir” a Medical team rushes onto the bridge and starts to help the fallen admiral within a few minutes they have him on a stretcher and rush him to the medical bay leaving Commander Bock and Captain Townsend covered in his blood standing there watching the chaos unfold before them

Commander Bock “Lt. Frye Any Response Yet?”

Lt. Frye “Yes they are sending 30 Ships to help guard us and the Admiral”

Captain Townsend “Seems a little overdue on the ships don’t you think?”

The Commander just glares at him

Commander Bock “Overdue, Really OVERDUE!  THE ADMIRAL WHO JUST GOT WALKED OUT ON A STRETCHER THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF IF WE LOSE HIM. STAR FLEET AND THE FEDERATION ARE IN TROUBLE. SO DON ”T GO AROUND SAYING 30 SHIPS COMING TO HELP THE ADMIRAL AND YOU ARE OVERDUE! OKAY!!!” The Captain just looked on in shock

Commander Bock “I will be with the Admiral” and she walked off the bridge 

Captain Townsend “Well she sounds happy”

Lt. Frye “Well didn’t you see the way they were both dressed? Looks like they went out.”

Captain Townsend “It's their business. Try to get the ship the best you can” That's when the Power Flicker in and out then everything went dark

Captain Townsend “What's Going On?”
Lt.Frye's “Warp Core'' is badly damaged. Maybe Beyond repair. Gotta shut it down and use only emergency power only”

Captain Townsend “Do it” The Hum of the warp engines disappears and all you can hear now is the hissing and crackling of the consoles fire being put out by officers

30 MINUTES LATER

Commander Bock Sits beside the Admiral's Bed watching him. When the doctor walked up

Doctor Dismoore “Hello Commander He will be just fine, just lost a lot of blood. But everything is going to be Okay. May I ask why the both of you are dressed so nicely?”

Commander Bock “We were in the middle of dinner when HQ Blew”

The Doctor's face went pale

Doctor Dismoore “You mean destroyed?”

Commander Bock Nodded. The Doctor left and returned with a commander's uniform

Docter “Here you might get changed. Do We Have Any Help coming?”

Commander Bock “Yes 30 Ships to protect him” she looked over at him

Dismore “You love him don’t you?”

Commander Bock “Yes I do but He Doesn't know yet. Planned on telling him after dinner but then everything went Chaos”

Dismore“Well got to get back to work. You can get changed here or there's a bathroom on the Left Side of the Room” Before she left she closed the privacy curtain leaving her and the Admiral by themselves. On the Bridge, the techs try to get the Bridge back to somewhat working order.

Lt. Frye “Sir The Backup ships have arrived and asked that the Admiral get beamed over to the medical ship Hunley”

Captain Townsend “Take Commander Bock with him as well”

Lt. Frye “Yes Sir”

In Medical Bay Commander Bock Mind gets confused as she and the admiral are transported to the Medical ship and is greeted by the Captain

Captain Will “Hello Commander, Captain Townsend said you would like to stay by the Admiral at all times”

She nodded

Captain Will “We have a Room Set for the Admiral. It has an extra bed for you. He's already been transported to the room it's down on the left” and walked off. She walked down the hallway to the room and walked in and lied down on the spare bed and fell asleep. Mean Back on earth Fire Rescue Teams are still battling the fire caused by the torpedoes. Also in Pari,s, The President is having a meeting with her Cabinet.

President Ryan “How did the Enterprise get to Rebel Controlled Space?”

No one answer

President Ryan “Okay here’s another One Why did someone target the StarFleet HQ in San Francisco” Then her Second in command spoke

Cabinet Member “ We think that they used that as a diversion to get the admiral away from the Main defense but it sent them to the Rebel Controlled space which is why I asked them to send 30 ships to Keep the Admiral Safe.”  

President Ryan “Did the Admiral Get Hurt?” He nodded

President Ryan “Is he okay?” He nodded again

Cabinet Member “We think they are to capture the Admiral. And that Pearson was a Commander Silak who was thought to be dead. He came to attack the Admiral when he was in command of the Enterprise when they were in this universe. The Commander was from the mirror universe. But when his ship blew it was said that he was transported from it to another ship which is now a part of the Rebel Romulan Fleet”

President Ryan “Lovely, So we have a Rebel Commander Out for Revenge” He nodded

President Ryan “ Okay Make sure the Admiral is under Constance's watch and Make sure he stays safe. This meeting is now over” She got up and walked out. While this meeting was in session the Admiral had woken up to find the Commander Fast asleep on the bed, But she turns over and woke and jumped up when she sees he was awake

Commander Bock “Admiral Your Awake How do you feel?” She walks to the side of his bed

Admiral “Fine, Hurts. What Happened?”

Commander Bock “We were attacked but YOU are safe now”

Admiral “Am I the one under attack?” She nodded

Commander Bock “That’s what the President's Office Thinks and Star Fleet”

Admiral “Nice. Do they Know who it is?”

Commander Bock “Yes But I am Ordered not to tell you” The admiral just stares off into space

Admiral “Were you here the entire time?”
Commander Bock “Actually I was with you since you got hurt on the Bridge”

Admiral “where are we?”

Commander Bock “On the Medical Ship Hunley Which is en-route to Earth”

Admiral “The Enterprise?” she had a sad look

Commander Bock “she was too badly damaged they had to scuttle her. They said they will come back to savage for parts”

Admiral “Her Time was coming to an end anyway”  The Commander Nodded

Admiral “I want to thank you for staying by my side Kate” He pulled her and kissed her. The Commander pulled back in surprise but the hint of happiness'

Commander Bock “You’re Welcome”

Admiral “By the Way, I plan to finish that dinner with you”

Commander Bock “I bet” They both smiled at each other

3 ½ Weeks Later

The Admiral Sat in his office with a bandage wrapped around his left side of the head while working on his computer. Commander Bock walked in and sat on the desk beside the computer

Commander Bock “How Long Have You Been in here?”

Admiral “Not Gunna say. It will only get you angry” The Commander Looks at the Clock

Commander Bock “It is 0100 or 1:00 in the morning you need some sleep”

Admiral “I need to finish this then I will leave” The Commander Shook her head as she got up and pulled him up out of the chair and dragged him to the door

Commander Bock “Jayden it's time to take a break. Let's go home and get some sleep” The Admiral finally fell for it and shut his computer off and walked toward the door with Commander Bock Holding hands on the Commander's Left Hand was a Newly Added ring put there by Admiral 2 Days Ago. They walked down the hallway to the Transporter room and set the coordinates to his house in Indiana. They had just moved in with each a little over 5 days ago and so far they both loved it. Evening Spot and Number one Loved Kate. When they appeared outside the house they noticed a Hover Car parked outside. They both looked at each other then the Admiral made a gesture which meant “Follow me”. They made their way quietly over to the Barn and went inside The Admiral moved some of the hay bales and to the commander, surprise found a weapons locker and a SecreDoorwayay supposedly leading to the house. He tossed a Phaser Rifle at the Commander and grabbed one himself and they made their way through the hatch into the house. They exited into one of the spare bedrooms and made their way out into the hallway and found both of the intruders looking at pictures. The Intruders turned and Raised their phasers and fired at the Commander and Admiral but they also shot and duck for cover. The Intruders hots missed but the Admiral and Commanders didn’t. They went down with a thump and the Admiral and Commander made their way over to the Intruders

Admiral “Lights” The Hallway lights kicked on and the Commander gasped at the sight. The Two Intruders were Romulans wearing the Rebel Uniform

Commander Bock “They were here for You” He nodded slowly. That's when they heard the creaking of wood downstairs and heard someone call in Romulan what would be “Where are you at” they both jumped into the bedroom and back through the Secret hatch and closed it behind them. The Admiral Pushed a button on his Communicator and they both were beamed to Star Base One where two Star Fleet Security Officers awaited them

Officer “Everything okay Admiral?”

Admiral “ Get a 10 Man Weapons Team ready and beam down to my house. There are intruders at the My House and they are  Romulan Rebels”

The Officer rushed out for a minute and came back with 16 Security officers welding Rifles and Pistols; they all jumped back onto the pad and they were gone within minutes. The Admiral Looked at the Ensign controlling the Panel

Admiral “Beam Us back down there”

Ensign “But Sir Protocols states...” The Admiral cuts him off as the Commander Steps onto the pad as well

Admiral ‘I don’t give a damn about protocols Ensign beam us down' ' with that they beam down to his house when they arrive they are caught in a battle between the Star Fleet Officers and the supposed to be stunned Romulan Rebels. There were 8 of them at the Barn and the Star Fleet Team and took Cover behind the Hovercar the Rebels had driven there. The Commander and Admiral Took cover behind the car s well

Admiral “ Get this car started then aim toward the Rebels and gun the throttle then jump out” The Lt. nodded and jumped into the car and started it and turned it slowly so the others still had covered and then shoved the throttle full send and jumped out. The Rebels still thought someone was still in the car and then realized it was going to ram them, But it was too late the Car slammed into the hideout and blew it to pieces and killing 7 out of 8 of the Rebels leaving the Last one to injured runners and was Arrested by Star Fleet for Attempted Murder and kidnapping of a Star Fleet Admiral and for committing acts of treason against the Federation and the Romulan Empire. The Admiral had read these crimes to the Rebel and Also put the Binder Cuffs on him as well.

The Titan Made its way through space when the Tactical Officer Yelled

Tactical Officer "CAPTAIN 2 ROMULAN WARBIRDS LOCKING WEAPONS DEAD AHEAD”

Captain “RED ALERT RAISE SHIELDS, WEAPONS ON STAND BY”
Comms “Sir Incoming hail” A Romulan  appeared on screen

Captain “Romulan Captain we are not here to fight” The Romulan then was gone

Tactical Officer “Both Romulan Ships Locking weapons”

Captain “Ready Weapons”

Tactical Officer ‘Sir we are surrounded by 8 Romulan Vessels”

Captain “HOW!?” Alarms Started to sound as multiple torpedoes soared toward the Titan and slammed into the side knocking lights out on the Bridge. The Captain tried to get back up when another volley of weapons struck the ship destroying any chance of the Titan ever going home.

Captain “Send a message to StarFleet and tell them what's going on and what we are about to do”

Comms. “Sent and Received”

Captain “ Breached the Core”

The Romulan Ship then realized what was happening and tried to get away but the Titan exploded into a fireball that engulfed all 8 Romulan ships and destroyed them leaving nothing but Particles.

STARBASE ONE, EARTH

CIC OFFICE

The Admiral and Commander are laying down on the bed together (due to the safety reason of his house not being safe) not only are they there but on the edge of the bed are the Admiral's Dogs Number One and Spot who are asleep. The Admiral is about to fall asleep when a Beeping sound comes from his computer. He slowly gets off the couch careful to not wake the Commander who's in a deep sleep and walks over to his computer and sees there's a message from the USS Titan using Patrolling the Zone between the Rebel Controlled Space and The Federation. When he read it his face went pale. He didn’t know that the Commander who had woken up had walked behind him and also read the message

Kate Bock “What do you plan to do?” The Admiral jumped a little 

Admiral “Well I don’t know. We just lost a Whole ship to the Rebels. I have asked the Romulans what they are doing but they just answer me with another question”

Kate Bock “Sadly I wouldn’t know what to do either. But How about we go back to bed and deal with this in the morning?”

Admiral “Okay let's go back to bed” They both went back to bed with the Dogs laying on the edge again. The Next morning when the Admiral woke up he made breakfast for them both fed the dogs and got dressed and went to his main office and went to work. Commander Bock was sitting at a newly added desk to his left which was connected to his which meant they shared a desk. Which was fine since they are Engaged. When it was about noon the Commander Asked a Question

(Com) Kate Bock “Hey Jayden I know this might sound weird but would you want me to have my last name changed to yours?”

Admiral Jayden Dersch “No it doesn’t matter if you want to keep your last name Keep it. The only thing that matters is we are together forever” He turned in his chair and looked at her. She Smiled

(Com) Kate Bock ``I should’ve known you would have said that” She leaned toward him and kissed him. A Kock on the door prevented any longer things from happening

Admiral “Come” Admiral Mcgill Walked in with the President

They Both stood and looked toward the President. The President waved her hand

President Ryan “No Sit this is your office not mine”

Admiral “Please have a seat” He pointed to the seat in front of his desk. She sat down as Admiral Mcgill Left the room

Admiral “How may I help you, Mrs. President?”

President Ryan “First Off Congratulations Mrs. Bock. Who did you get?”

The Commander Blushed

Commander Kate Bock “ He's Sitting next to me” the President looked worried

President Ryan “Will this cause any issues?”

They Both shook their heads

President Ryan “Well Congrats Admiral Just tell me when the wedding is”

Admiral “Actually We won’t have one due to Family reasons. I Don’t have a Living Family and Kates's Parents who are as you know Ambassadors are too busy dealing with work to come to we already went and the head and had a preacher do the vows. And What were you here for?”

President Ryan “We have caught Commander Silak that has been trying to kill you for the Last Month. But he killed himself in his cell so you two are welcome to go home at any time.”

Admiral “Wells that's great news Thank you for telling us Spot Hasn't liked living here” As if on cue she barked

They all laughed and the President Got up and walked to the door before she left she turned toward them

President Ryan “If you ever need anything tell me. By Kate Enjoy your new life” and she left

The Admiral stood and pulled Kate into an embrace

Admiral “We made it through Now we can go home”

Kate smiled and just embraced her Husband, The Dogs ran up and started to go in between their legs. They both laughed

Admiral “Do you want to take them home now?” Kate Just Shook her head 

Kate Bock “I need to tell you something”

Admiral “What's the matter”

Kate Bock “.......I...am.....I am Pregnant”

Admiral “.....We’re going to be Parents”

Kate Bock “You're going to be a Father and Me A Mother which is why I would like to retire from StarFleet”

Admiral “Well if that’s so I will move our Home closer to My work or work from home”

Kate Bock “No that's why we have Transporters for”

Admiral “well I Have Finished all my work. How About we go home”

3 Years Later

The Admiral and his wife Kate walk down the road from their house with their 2-year-old daughter Katie to get the mail

Kate “When do you have to be in tomorrow?”

Admiral “When Ever. Don’t Have a meeting with the President till Noon so I figured I would go to the office at 11:30 to give me a half hour to get ready. Why?”

Kate “Just wondering cause Katie has a doctor's Appointment 10:20”

Admiral “How Long is it?” 

Kate “Maybe an Hour or Hour and a half”

Their conversation was interrupted by a loud Boom off in the distance They both looked at each other

Commander Hawkins “There was an explosion 2 miles from your position and our intelligence says they are after you”

Admiral “Beam Us to our house and have a security team brought down as well. We have to get a few things”

Commander Hawkins “yes Sir” the family of three disappeared into a ball of light then reappeared inside their house along with 10 Star fleet Security Officers the lead one walked toward the Admiral
Lead Officer “Admiral let's try to make this quick” The Admiral went and got leeches for Number One and spot while Kate and their daughter went upstairs to pack a few things. A Few Minutes later they were ready to go

Admiral “We are ready” The family of three and their two pets starts to appear in the Admirals Officer Aboard Star Base One and they are greeted by His chief of staff Fleet Admiral Mcgill

Admiral Mcgill “Hello Admiral sorry that this is happening but your quarters are ready and there has been a new room added for the Little one” as he unhooks the leashes from the dogs he talks to kate and the Admiral

Admiral Kate if you could get our things unpacked and help Katie get settled try showing her the holograms. And Admiral Mcgill get every file you have on the Bomb that just went off near us and I would like you to place 2 Officers outside our Door and have another 4 on stand by for Precaution”

Admiral Mcgill “Yes Sir Anything Else?” The Admiral shook his head and walked into the bedroom where kate and Katie were getting settled

Admiral “How's everything going?”

Kate “She seems a little scared. Like I have said before she’s never been allowed in her father's office so she might think this will get her in trouble but I told her it's fine this is just like a little vacation” That's when Katie runs up to the Admiral

Katie “Daddy I am hungry”

Admiral “Well what do you want?”

She thought for a minute

Katie “Chicken Nuggets!” and she ran off to play with number one and spot

Admiral “I will go get her that and would you like anything?” Kate shook her head. The Admiral kissed her then left the room and walked into the office of Admiral Mcgill

Admiral “Mcgill where would the best chicken nuggets be?” The Admiral looked at him like he was crazy

Computer “Voice Message Complete Sending to Federation President Ryan. Message Received”

The Admiral sighed in front of the Admiral the Federation President Materialized in front of him he jumped up and Salute To the President

President Ryan  “Sit and why am I having a meeting here?”

Admiral “There been an attack on me and my family and I have been moved here for my safety”

President Ryan “Is Kate and Katie Okay?”
Admiral “Yes they are getting settled in their rooms and Now how about that meeting”

President Ryan “That won’t be possible”

Admiral “Why?”

President Ryan “ The Romulan leader that was to join us was captured by the Rebels and I would like you to check it out but with the Enterprise F ready to launch I figured you would want to use that ship am I right”

The Admiral nodded

Admiral “Captain Townsend is excited about the New ship it has just launched yesterday. It's right now in Earth's Orbit awaiting orders”

President Ryan “Just Find a way to get the Romulan Leader and the Family has to stay here for safety and that's it” she is gone just like she came. The Admiral gets up and gets the meal from Admiral Mcgill and went to find Kate and Katie and found them playing with the Dogs. He gave the meal to Katie and pulled Kate aside

Admiral “I have a mission”
Kate: “What type?”
Admiral “To get back a Kidnapped Romulan leader who was to be at the noon meeting”

Kate “Just make sure you come back”

Admiral “I will Katie come to say good” The little toddler stops eating and runs into the Admiral's open arms and hugs him

Kaite “Where are you going, Daddy?”

Admiral “Work and one day you will come to but until then stay here with mommy and keep her safe okay” she nodded and he stood kissed Kate good and told Mcgill where he was going and left to the New Enterprise

The Admiral appeared on the transporter pad on the enterprise and was greeted by Commander Frye who was the Enterprise’s First Officer

Commander Frye “Hello Admiral Welcome Follow me to the Bridge”

When they walk on the bridge the commander Yells the regular On deck call

Commander Frye “ADMIRAL ON DECK” Everyone on the Bridge Including Captain Townsend Stood and looked toward the admiral

Admiral “Permission to come aboard captain?” The Captain smiled and walked to the Admiral

Captain Townsend “You are always welcome aboard Admiral what brings you here”

Admiral “The Enterprise has its first Assignment which is going to be under my command of me”

Captain Townsend “Okay Would you like to have the Chair”

Admiral “Up to you” The Captain walked to the Seat meant for the Commander and sat.

Admiral “Okay Helm Lay in the Course 234.54.32 Please” as he walked to his chair

Helms man “But sir that…” the admiral cuts him

Admiral “Yes I know Our Mission is to rescue a Romulan leader who was supposed to be in a Noon meeting with me and the President and Yes the President's Office is watching the updates on this. Our mission is to get the Romulan leader back With no casualties”

Captain Townsend “Why does this involve Star Fleet?”

Admiral “That will be a confidential meeting with you later”

Helmsman “Admiral Course is lied in and we are lined up for warp”

When they walk into the briefing room the admiral sits at the head while the captain sits at the other

Admiral “That's what I am wondering” that's when the ships lunged and knocked the Admiral and Captain out of the chair. As the Admiral got back up he pushed a button on the desk

Commander Frye “Something just pulled us out of warp” The Admiral Ran to the Doors to the bridge with the Captain close behind, when he entered the Bridge orders started to fly

Admiral “Deploy the Decloak” A Tiny Orb shot out from the Enterprise and ignited sending a wave that decloaks any thin within range

Admiral “I don’t know but I think had to do with what we are doing”

Commander Silak “Yes I planned on it. Let's just say you are Bait for someone I have a Grudge against which I plan to resolve”

Romulan Leader “It's the Admiral Isn’t it?” The Commander laughed and nodded

Commander Silak “Yea, How did you know?”

Romulan Leader “I read the Report on you made by the Admiral the Federation President”

Commander Silak ``I don’t care what you know or think I will Kill the Pathetic admiral once in for all” and with that, the Commander walked out of the Room.

Helmsman “Admiral we are 5 Minutes away from Our Destination”

Admiral “Drop us out of warp now and Go to Red Alert” The Enterprise Dropped out of warp and Slowly made its way on Impulse to the spot

Commander Frye “Admiral Picking up a Romulan Warbird Right at the Coordinates you said”

Admiral “Had a feeling they would do this Open the Channel…….Romulan Vessel this is Admiral Dersch of the Federation Star Ship Enterprise We are Looking for a Missing Romulan Leader If you can Assist it would be Nice” Then a Familiar Face appeared on screen with the Missing Leader

Commander Silak “Hello Admiral Long Time No see, and I think I have helped you already. I will give him to you, but you have to take his place. If not you will be destroyed” a Beeping sound came from Commander Frye's console

Commander Frye “Admiral 4 more Romulan Warbirds Decloaking… We are surrounded”

Commander Silak “I will give to 30 Minutes to decide” then the Supposed to be dead Commander Disappeared off screen

Admiral “Commander, Captain With me” as he walked toward the lift, and the Captain and Commander was not stopped to voice their opinion

Commander Frye “I won’t do this Admiral”

Captain Townsend “You know he hates you and wants you dead.”

Commander Frye “You won’t come back alive and you know that” The Admiral’s Hand went up and they stopped talking

Admiral “Yes I know but We need to get the Leader back or the Federation will never stop the Rebel Romulans. Deck 28” The Lift Doors shut and they went to deck 28

Captain Townsend “Let Me go with a hologram over me making me look like  you, I don’t have a family to go back to My Daughter is already grown up and my wife is dead, and  You have a 2-year-old to go home to, and a Nice Wife to go back to I don’t Let Me, Sir”

Admiral “No I will not risk your life For mine. When I signed up for Star Fleet I Knew this might happened” They got off the Deck and waked to the transporter room 

Captain Townsend “How about we put a Portable Transporter beacon on you”

Admiral “Fine but it might not work. When I am over there Contact Command and The Federation President Ryan and Inform them of the Situation here”

Captain Townsend “Yes Sir” When they entered the transporter room the Lt. Stood right away ready for orders

Admiral “Beam right on the Bridge Lt.” The Lt. looked at the Captain and he nodded

Lt. “Locking in coordinates now sir and Energizing” and as the Admiral Disappeared the Three-StarFleet officers saluted their Commander In Chief and when he was gone the Captain and Commander Went back to the Bridge and Spoke the Command and Federation President

President Ryan “What Do you mean he's on the Ship!”

Captain Townsend “He said it was his duty to go then told me to update you and Command”

President Ryan “I will deal with Command which shouldn’t be a problem since he was the Command” 

Meanwhile, aboard the Romulan Ship, the Admiral  who was already bloody and beaten Glared at the Romulan Commander

Admiral “What is your grudge?” The Commander Said nothing then spoke

Commander Silak “None of your Beeswax”   Then  he hit the Admiral in the Face leaving another mark that he would feel later

Commander Silak “You will never leave this ship, and if you ever do it will be in a body bag, I will make sure of that”

He walked over to a sliver tray filled with tiny knives and scalpels used for torture

Commander Silak “But Before that, I will make you scream”

After the meeting with the President, Captain Townsend had the Admiral Vitals on the View Screen

Commander Frye “His Heart rate increased” Then it dropped like as if he got knocked out

Captain Townsend “How's the Romulan Leader Doing?”

Commander Frye “Fine besides a couple of bruises” 

Helmsman “Sir the Romulan ship just dropped shields and they are transporting something here to the bridge”

Captain Townsend “Weapons team to the Bridge” that's when he started to say something else when he saw the limp form of the Admiral appear in front of his chair. He jumped down to him and check his pulse

Captain Townsend “Medical Team to bridge He barely has a pulse!” Then a bunch of Alarms started to sound

Commander Frye “Sir enemy ships Locking weapons!’

Captain Townsend ``HELM DEPLOY TACTIC 150!” The Enterprise Slowly turned towards an opening between two of the Romulan ships and went faster as it went toward the spot as it did it shot a Black object out to the middle of the Romulan Circle and as the Enterprise Went to warp the Black Object Blew Destroying All Three Romulan Warbirds. Then Commander Silak was no longer in Exhibit after that.

In the Enterprise’s Medical Bay they were trying to get the Admiral’s Heart going again

Doctor Platt ``CLEAR!” As applied the Shock to his heart then his heart came back on

Doctor Platt ``We are good to keep a watch on him and get those gashes fixed and get his arm set in a cast” The Nurse started to follow the Doctors orders Nearby the Captain watched. Then he looked at the Doctor who had walked up to him

Doctor Platt ``He is fine for now but if his heart drops again we won’t be able to save him. I would get him to Earth Just in case it does happen so his Family can at least say good-by”

Captain Townsend “We will be at Earth in 30 Minutes”

Doctor Platt “30 minutes of when he could die” and she walked off to check the Admiral once more 

When the Captain walked onto the Bridge everyone looked at him

Captain Townsend “He Not Good if his heart just stops they won’t be able to revive him so Helm fast speed to Earth and Commander I will be In my office” he then went to his office sat down and opened a Comm channel to the President. When the president appeared he started to speak

Captain Townsend “We have a Problem Madam President the Admiral is in Critical Condition and if his heart stops again they won’t be able to get him back”

President Ryan “How far are you from Earth?”

Captain Townsend “Not Far about 20 minutes now. What about Commander Bock and his Daughter?”

The president's face saddens

President Ryan “I will send for them”

Back on Earth Kate was Getting Katie ready for bed when the door chime beeped and left to answer it. When she answered heart stopped for a second. There stood in the doorway were two Star Fleet Officers dressed in a Ceremonial Uniform only worn by the Officers Whose job was to tell the family members that their Kid or Family Member died

Kate “No…NO This can’t be happening”

Officer One “Mam. He fine but he might not make it but we have been ordered by the president to take you to meet her at her office and from there she will take you to him” Kate Just nodded and went to get Katie

When the Enterprise Arrived at Earth there were at least 300 StarShips in Orbit Around Earth or Near Waiting for the Commander In Chief. They Moved the Admiral from the Enterprise to Star Base One then after that he was going to move to a Star Fleet Medical Facutile down on Earth. As Kate walked down the hallway Katie was asking all sorts of questions

Kaite “What is this place? Where is Daddy? Is Daddy Here? Ooh what's That?” as she ran to the window and saw all the ships in orbit

Kate “Come On let's go”

Kaite “Why are all those ships here?”

Kate thought She has to know 

Kate “Kaite They are here for you father. And we are going to see him. You Father is sick” Kaite Looked confused

Kaite “But He always gets better”

Kate “He Won’t be able to this time sweetie” and they finish their walk to the Room housing the Admiral outside stood two Star Fleet Security Officers Welding Phaser Rifles and at their side was a Phaser pistol standing guard over the Admiral. Whit Panther is in the room

Kate spoke only to the one in the room

Kate: “Is it possible you could give us a few minutes in private?” The Officer Nodded, He probably had a family of his own. Katie looked confused. Her thoughts were interrupted by the Doctor walking in

Docter “Hello You must be Mrs. Dersch?”

Kate “Call Me Kate”
Doctor “Kate Your husband is fine but he has a condition that will only last till we find a cure. The thing is there is no one made yet. The thing is if his heart were to stop we won’t be able to bring it back again which is why You are here to make a decision”

Kate “And what might those be?”

Doctor “ One Put a device inside of him that will prevent this from happening or Letting him……” He trailed off.

Kate looked away from him toward Katie who had crawled up onto the bed beside her father

Kate “She needs to have a father….”

1 Month Later

Kate slowly walked down the hall to the room where her Husband used to be. As she got there there were still the Officers standing there. When she entered the room The Admiral was sitting up and smiling at her

Admiral “Kate where Katie?”

Kate “With My Mom and Dad” She stood there for a minute. A few days after she was told the two things she could do to save her husband she chose to have the device implanted in him to keep him alive, which was a big success

Admiral “I figured you would do the other”

Kate “Never!You have a daughter to raise and you have a wife who NEEDS you to be there and I know you won’t leave StarFleet But you Still have Me and Katie '' She went and climbed into the bed beside the Admiral and lay there with him.

2 Weeks Later

The Admiral sits in his office looking at the newly promoted Captain Redman. The Captain looked scared. The Admiral’s stare was said to give some the jumps

Admiral “So Captain John Redman I would like to Congratulate you on your promotion and I would like to Say your Ship is almost built in just two more weeks.”

Captain Redman “What ship is it?”

Admiral “Akira Class, USS Vegas NCC-9283-B which is as you know the Second ship to be named the Vegas. The One thing I learned from my years in Star Fleet is  once you're the Chair you will want to leave” The Captain nodded

Admiral “ After my term is up I am retiring from Star Fleet. So I am going to start giving promotions to some over the next few days like the Former Captain Townsend is now Admiral Townsend and Commander Frye is Captain of the Enterprise as Captain Frye” The Captain Nodded

Admiral “But I have one more thing to do before I leave”
Captain Redman “And what's That?”
Admiral “One more last patrol aboard a StarFleet Vessel which is more like the Enterprise” 

The next day the Admiral made his way down the Corridor with Kate who was in her commander's Uniform and walking between them was Katie dressed in normal clothes. When they walked onto the Bridge the Newly Promoted Captain Announce his Presence

Captain Frye “Admiral On the Bridge” Kaite Hid behind Kate and they all stood looking toward the Admiral

Admiral “At Ease Officers, Captain How is she?”

Captain Frye “Fine Sir.” She sunk a little wave at Katie who had started to take notice of her surroundings and saw that the VViewScreen showed Earth

Kaite “Is that where we live?”
Kate “Yes It is”

Captain Frye “Where Might we take you, Sir?”

Admiral “On My Last Patrol Captain Helm Lay Course for the Romulan Border with the Cardassians”

Helmsman “Yes Sir Lining Up for Slip Stream now sir….Lined Up Ready to Engage At your Command”
The Admiral Looked down at Kaite she smiled

Kaite “Go” The Helmsman Smiled and hit the button making the ship go into the slipstream

Helmsman “3 Minutes till we arrive” then comms officer spoke

Comms “Sir We have a distress message Being Broadcast on Star Fleet Comms”

Admiral “Whos?”

Comms “I federation Cargo Ship”

Admiral “Any other ships within range?”

Comms “No Sir Only us”

The Admiral thought for a moment

Admiral “ Yellow Alert Raise Shields, Helm Change Course and Go maxim warp get us there as fast as you can.”

Kaite Hid behind Kate Again

The Ship dropped out of the slipstream and entered maxim warp to the Federation Cargo Ship

Admiral “What's the Ship Carrying?”

Comms “Don’t Know Never heard of the Ship Before”

Admiral “Which ships are close?”

Comms “Excelsior, Ages, and Defiant”

Admiral “Get them Enroute to Assist”

The Comms officer nodded then the ship shuddered and lunged forward and everyone on the bridge fell to the floor and out of chairs

Admiral “Kate gets Katie to the Quarters and stays there.” Kate and Kaite went off the bridge

Admiral “Somebody wanna tell me what the hell that was?”

Tactical Officer “Somebody Deployed a Warp Stopper. It came from the Cargo Ship”

Admiral “Great. Go to Red Alert Scan that Ship”

Tactical “Scan complete and Sir your not going to believe this that is not a cargo ship but a Cardassian Ship but a holo emitter is installed on the Top”

Admiral “Destroy the Emitter” a Lone Phaser shot toward the ship and hit right above the spot where the ship docks and when it hit the ship looked like it was decloaking but only showing its true form

Admiral “Open the Channel…..Cardassians Vessel, You have entered Federation Territory You are in violation of Codes 2283,2343, and Law 324 lower your shields and prepared to be boarded”

Tactical “Only response is weapons Arming”

Admiral “How far are those back-ups”

Comms “2-3 Minutes Sir”

Admiral “Fire a warning shot” One of the Fore Phaser banks fires one shot over the Aft Section of the Cardassian Vessel

Tactical “Not Backing down sir. Incoming Photon” The Ship shuddered the s under impact

Tactical “Shields at 90%”

Admiral “Tell the Fleet we have engaged. Lock all weapons”

Tactical “Locking Weapons.…Firing” All the Fire Phasers open up to a full frontal attack while the  Torpedoes banks off 6 Bright Blue orbs toward the vessel. They All strike at the same time showing no effect at first but then explosions blume from the ships aft section

Tactical “Direct Hit. Their Shields are down to 80%” Then 3 Ships come out of warp and open up all their weapons into the Vessel making the Shields go down evening more

Tactical “Shields down to 50%”

Admiral “Hail…….Cardassian Vessel Last chance Lower Shields and Be taken into custody”

Tactical “Their Lowering shields sir. But it looks like they are giving us a welcome party.”

Admiral “Get a Weapons Team Together and be ready to board. Get the ship a Tractor Lock I don’t want them getting away and have the others lock to”

Comms and Tactical “Yes Sir”

16  Minutes Later

The Admiral stood across the table from a Human Male who was dressed in A Pirate Captain uniform. The Cuffs on his wrist shine brightly in the light. They were attached to the half circle loop in front of him

Admiral “What's your Name?”

Pirate Captain “Captain Kid”

Admiral “What Made you break Federation Rules and then try to attack a Federation Vessel and what were you thinking about acting like a vessel in distress?”

The Captain just smiled

Captain Kid “My question for you is why is the Star Fleet's Commander In Chief doing all the way out here?”
The Admiral kept the stone-cold stare on the Captain as he answered

Admiral “None of your business. How about answering my question instead of asking me one?”

Captain Kid “Wel for One I am a Pirate and remember the Rules of Your Sick Federation and Dumb Star Fleet don’t apply to the likes of me”

Admiral “The Federation and StarFleet were created to protect the Common people from your kind.”

Captain Kid “What do you mean My Kind?” He smiled as he said this

Admiral “People who steal from the weak and prey on the ones who can’t defend themselves”

Captain Kid “I have never heard that Version of a Pirate Before Admiral Sounds like you have Experience”

Admiral “Why did you attack us?”

Captain Kid “Isn’t it obvious, Loot, Goodys, Tech that could have been ours but my Weapons officer Misjudge your strength….No to mention the 3 ships that were coming to assists”

Admiral “Well that Officer is Going to prison with the you and rest of your crew and your ship will be returned to the Cardassia Military”

Captain Kid “WhY will I be Sentenced to?”

Admiral “ First you will be sentenced in front of the FederatCouncilgh Council then given to the Cardassians for the Theft of their Worship then if they don’t give you a death penalty you will live the rest of your lives in a Federation Prison which witch will far away shipyard yards, Shipping lanes and far from any planet for you to hide from if you somehow magically escape the Prison….Anything Else?”

The Captain just smiled at him

Admiral “Right now we are waiting for the Cardassian Military to pick your ship then they will follow us to Earth  then they will take us in their space for their Sentencing” The Admiral stands and walks toward the door and before he shuts it behind him he turns back to the captain

Admiral “Better make sure you get a comfortable captain. This is the size of you'll cell you'll be getting…By yourself” and he shut the door, outside the door stood Captain Frye

AWhatl “What's the Eta of the Cardassian Military Guys”

Captain Frye “1 hour to 30 minutes sir”

Admiral “Keep us at Normal Alert but keep shields raised”

Captain Frye “Yes Sir… Admiral Townsend is on his way in his shuttle”

The Admiral looked a little happy and a little Confused

Admiral “Why?”

Captain Frye “He is the new Admiral and the Federation High Council  has given him the sentence for  the Captain so we can get out of the Cardassian space quicker and get back to ours”

The Admiral nodded

Admiral “I will be in My quarters if you need me”

When the Admiral entered his quarters Katie ran to him and intoned into his arms as Kate was picking up the Puzzles

Kate: “How long are we going to be here?”

Admiral “Admiral Townsend is coming to give the FedSentencingntacning and then we will take him Cardassian Government government to give him their terms then take him to the Prison Outpost 9 on the very edge of the Federation Space”

She nodded

Admiral “But we have a 1 and a half till the Cardassians get here”

Kate “Really? They can move whenever they want but when it comes to a Crinmal they take their sweet Time”

The Admiral Laughed at the thought

1 Hour and 29 minutes later

The Admiral and Kate were fast asleep when his comm badge beeped. He slowly got out of bed dressed and kissed Kate and Kate Good and went to the Bridge. When he entered the Captain gave the updates

Captain Frye “Admiral the Cardassian is here and Admiral Townsend has given his which is Life Sentence has sent his best regards to you and kate”

The Admiral nodded

Admiral “Have they taken the Ship” She nodded

Admiral “Tell them to lead us out”  The Cardassiansrdasians War ships start and started to the  System with the 4 Star Fleet Battle Cruiser Close Behind

Admiral “ Activate the Stay Back Beacon and State this is a Prison Ship with Advance advanced weapons and will take any threat that comes”

Comms “Activating Now”

After the Cardassians did their job  for the Captain and crew, they made their way to Prison Outpost 9

Helmsman “Admiral Approaching Deep Space Prison 9 But Sir something seems off”

Admiral “Your right Scan the area for anything unusual and Go to Yellow Alert Raise Shields” The Excelsior they Saw the Enterprise has raised shields

Captain Newlin “What Alert are they at?”

Helmsman “Yellow”

Captain Newlin “Then do the same”

Soon the Entire Fleet was at Yellow Alert and had shields raised

While the other ships caught on the Enterprise tried to investigate

Admiral “What do you mean there is no life  sign except for the Prisoners?”

Captain Frye “I don’t know but those are the only ones”

The Admiral angrily and strode toward the door with Captain Frye following close behind

Admiral “Captain get a 50 Man Weapons team…We are going to take this Station back”

Captain Frye “Yes Sir” When they  entered the bridge she spoke to the Chief Security Officer Officer

Captain Frye “Get a Weapons team ready to go in the Shuttle Bay…Gadgets”

Security Officer “Yes Mam they will be ready”

About 15 Minutes later The Admiral dress battle gear  in Walked on ino the shuttle bay and was surprised to see 60 Officers instead of 50

Admiral “Captain why 60?”

Captain Frye “Make it  a little more in our odds”

He Nodded

Admiral “Everyone On the Shuttle Get Ready to Move out!” All the Officers in the shuttle bay made thier way to thier assgianed shuttle to raid the Station. When the Admiral went to his he went straight to the Cockpit and contacted the bridge

Admiral “Bridge this is the Admiral provide cover fire if the Station decides to snipe a few of us befor we get there”

The Helmsman Replied

Helmsman “Yes Sir” and then he ws gone. The Admiral nodded to the Ploit of the shuttle and he started to move the shuttle inot position to leave the Shuttle bay. Soon 8 Shuttle Carry 60 Offciers in total made their way toward the Station. When they were halfway there the station weapons opened up toward the shuttle but were soon destoryed by the Enterprise’s Weapons.

When they entertered the shuttle bay of the station there was a Prsion team of 20 waiting for them and startd ot shoot at the shuttle armor but was useless

Admiral “Shuttle 6 Open up the weapons'' The 6th shuttle back turned toward the Prsinoers and two phasers shot from the front and hit where the 20 were hiding and blew it to pieces leaving them to nothing.

Admiral “Commence the landing” The Shuttle started to land one by one and the teams elft the shuttle secreuing the Stations Computer and  Shuttle Bay.

Admiral “Everyone ready themselves we  are going to use the force felids to box them in then we will move in to them….Wait can we just beam them to their cells” one of the Offciers nearest nodded

Admiral “Do that and get their weapons out into space” The Prsioners were confused when thier weapons dissapeaered from thier hands and were even more confused when they were transported back to their now working cells.

Officer “All are in cells and are Good here sir the Station is ours”

Admiral “Get me the Leader of them I wanna know where my Officers Are” Soon the Admiral was standing in front of the Leader who was in the Prsion for murdering a Star Fleet Captain and stealing from a federation Ambassdor who happened to be Commander Bocks Father

Admiral “Where's my Officers? And how did you get out of your Cells?” The Guy just looked at him… Like studying prey

Admiral “You evening think about trying to kill me you will not evening be able to lay a finger on me before you are stunned like a mother f**ker and you hit the ground drooling all over yourself like a dog”

Guy “Well for one Your guys are dead and the Guy who let us out was a Friend of a Captain Kid”
Admiral “What do you mean?”

Guy “What I mean is that The Firend thought he was already here and was going to try to get him out but seen he was not”

Admiral “...Where's he at now” the look the guy gave him said it all

Admiral “Admiral to Captain Frye…Get the Fleet at Red Alert and watch for any ships and decloak any vessels”

Captain Frye “May I ask why sir?”

Admiral “A Friend of Captain kid is here somewhere”

Captain Frye “Sir The Enterprise just detteced 9 Incoming Vessels”

Admiral “Beam me straight to the enterpirse” The Guy and the Room disspaered only to be replace by the View Screen of the bridge

Admiral “Tatical Get a Scan and All Ships Red Alert and Rasie Shileds, All Hands get to battle Stations” The White Lights dimmed and the Side Wall lights started to flash red as the speakers blared the Alert Saxon

Tatical “Sir we have 9 Romulan Warbirds” 

Admiral “Lovley.. They're ours?” She shook her head

Admiral “4 to 9 don’t like those odds”

Comms “Sir we have 10 Ships Ready for Orders they are at sector 456.455 witch is 8 minutes away”

Tactical “The Warbirds are 6 min. Away”

Admiral “Tell them to high tail it here and be ready for a battle”

Comms “Yes Sir”

Then the tactical consloe started to brlae alrams

Tatical “WE HAVE INCOMING!” The Ship shook under the impact knocking the Admiral to the ground

Admiral “WHERE HELL DID THAT COME FROM!”

Tatical “Romulan Warbird 8’clock locking weapons and firng…These are differnt ships there 8 of them”

Admiral “So the odds are 14 to 18 Odds might be against us on this one ETA of our backups?”

Comms “7 Minutes out sir”

Admiral “Get…..Get a shuttle ready”

Comms “For who?”
Admiral “Commander Bock and Our Daugther”

Comms “Yes Sir”

Few minutes later the shuttle carrying the Commander and Katie leaves and gos to high warp to earth

Comms “They’ll good sir”

Admiral “Lock weapons on the nearest ship and disable it”

Tatical “Yes Si Locking …..Fireing and,....Disabled”

Admiral “Hail them….Romulan Vessel Tell the rest of you to stand down we have more help on the way take the chance to run while you still can” A Human appears on screen

Captain “This the Pirate Captain Hotch will will take the chance but only if you give us Captain Kid”

Admiral “sorry but he is under arrest”

Captain Hotch “Well I guess We are leaving..Helm tell the fleet to get out of here and take us out” And he then was gone and they watched as the Roumlan Ship Left the system along with every other Romulan Ship and just as the last one left the Backup ships arrived

Admiral “Well they missed the show Tell them they are to Escort the Enterpirse to Earth”

Comms “Yes Sir”

Admiral “Helm take us out afther we get the Officers out of the station and leave one ship here to guard it till we can staff it and set course for earth”

Helmsman “Yes Sir Lining up for slipstream and awaiting confirmation from Transporter room….Confermed”

Admiral “Hit it” All 13 ships went to warp or slipstream went went to earth

Star Base One Temporaly of Office CIF

Location:Earth

The Admiral sat in his office reading the Reports of the USS Ages who had stayed behind to main the Prison Station Till the new crew had arrived and from what they said in this final report that the crew had arrived and the Ages was making preparations to head back to earth for reassgiment, Witch the admiral at the moment was trying to figure out what they would be doing for the next 4 weeks, it would probably be helping guard a colony world from pirates, Yes that would a good job. He typed up the page for Reassgiment and sent it to the Captain of the  Ages who would then make their way to the World and Start.

Admiral “Admiral Mcgill any other ships awaiting reassigmanets?”
Admiral Mcgill “Yes there are the USS Excelsior, USS Defiant, and USS Bryan and the USS Titan NCC-80102-A”

Admiral “Have the Titan head to the same world as the Ages and have the Bryan,Excelsior and Defiant head to DS9 for thier’s and have that set for about four months as DS9’s ships then switch Titan and Ages with Defiant and Excelsior when thier time's up”

Admiral Mcgill “Yes sir, Also the Federation President is on line Two” 

Admiral “Okay Thank You” he pushed the number two button on his desk and a Hologram figure of the President Appeaered in front of him being projected from paris to the Emitters in the Celing

Admiral “Madam President, how may I help you?”

President Ryan “Nothing at the moment but I would like to have you as our commander in chief again”
The Admiral lookd surprised

Admiral “Why?”
President Ryan “The High Concil sent a survey out to everyone in the Federation and every Planet in it about who’s been the best Commander In chief of StarFleet and if they wanted him or she again would they and guess who they chose.”

Admiral “Admiral Riker”

President Ryan “No You they chose you Riker was the 2nd on the list they said you knew how to even out the ships to protect each world and still due the Normal StarFleet duties”

Admiral “I would love to but the Federation Law says the Commander In chief can only be it in for 4 years before they are Out for a New one to be chosen”

President Ryan “I have already fixed that:The New law states that if the People of the Federation like their current StarFleet Commander they  can serve another 8 years before the time is up then if the people still want him that Commander can run again when the time comes again if they don’t like”

Admiral “Nice.”

Preisdent Ryan “Will you do it again?”

Admiral “I would like to but I have a daughter to raise”

She Nodded

President Ryan “Well i would like to say happy retirement Good by Admiral Dersch”

And she disappeared and he got up, left his Reganiton meet to say he has left star fleet and left the office said goodbye to Admiral Mcgill and then Left to go home.
