Summary:

The people of the Dead City are very few and far between. After the end few managed to keep living due to lack of food, water and warmth.

A few did survive however, they are known as the "Dead City Brigade". They cling unto the last remnants of humanity. But when a communication issue threatens the survival of the Pichkin Outpost it has no choice but to send every man it can.
