These kids can be the snobbiest kids ever and can get away with it.

In middle school "popular" girls recieved so much attention. Whenever they had problems with another person they would get listened to.They could make jokes and be laughed with.

I wish people would realize they're making them "popular" by giving them support. Yet they let them step all over them.

It still goes on in High School and I wish people wopuld just get over it!

if life gives you lemons..... squeeze them back in life's eyes!

We are all created equal (religion thing) so why do we separate eachother into groups. Everybody should get the same amount of respect as everyone else.

Anybody can be popular.  It's just a state of mind.

what about us?  We are special too, we have feelings, we are good at things, and it is ridiculous that we have to put up with them!

"popular" kids are not all that bad. Some become popular because they're nice and honest. Well, over the years, I have had some incidents with "popular" kids whose egos become too inflated.

I wish people would get over it too. Popularity honestly digusts me. I hate the fact how they get all the attention, but what about "us". The normal kids, you know, the ones who are not popular. How come we don't get the same attention. Why do people have to discriminate?

Popularity isn't real, and if it was then who decides who's popular??

Why should I be afraid of falling to the ground if its soil was the very thing that blossomed me?

I'm guessing that you have had a run-in or two with these "so-called" popular kids. Don't make yourself miserable by trying to bring others down. Instead, allow yourself to become known as the person who brings others up. Even if you think you don't like someone, by reaching out, you may find that you were being superficial, too, by taking them at face value. Never pass up an opportunity to grow, because flowers are most beautiful after they blossom, not when they refuse to open up.

So you have something against these students simply because they are popular, well-liked or well-known? Have they done something to deserve this hate other than having a snobby attitude? You think that it's worth time and effort to try to break down their popularity level by trying to stop supporting them? We've all got to deal with kids more popular than ourselves, but by having this hate against them you are making them more popular--no press is bad press, and they thrive off of having people jealous of them.
