Those of you who are reading this are probably thinking "What does she know about any of this?"
Well your free to believe what you want but please just hear me out. I have never done drugs myself so you may think that I don't know what I'm talking about but I do have a pretty good idea.
I know what drugs have done to the people around me. It takes lives, ruins them and gets away with it. I've had friends and family members that were very close to me take that path and evolve into brand new creatures. They never seemed human when they were high. They weren't the loving and wonderful people that I met them as. I watched them lose their innocence and all the dreams they ever had. Their appearances scared me deeply. When I tried to help they would get angry and say things that pierced me to the very core. I know now that they never truly meant the words they said and that it was the chemicals and drugs cursing those words at me. Watching others go through those things convinced me that I need to stay clean. I never want to see the ones I love be scared and hurt because of my own irresponsible and self-destructive behavior. Do you really want to see your best friend or family hurt? Take a pledge with me and promise to yourself that you will stay clean with me
