My Lovely Lady
Her silky blonde hair,
That beautiful flowing mane,
That shines in the light of those bright summer days,
And even the dark winter nights.
When I sit with her by the fire,
The purple flames dance in her deep green eyes.
I can only guess what secrets lay behind them.
I wonder who she is,
Who she could be,
If she would just speak to me.
When darkness creeps over the house,
I like to go for walks with her.
We stroll by the moonlight,
We flutter about till the sun waves and kisses the night goodbye.
And when the sun's firery arms run their hands through my lovely lady's hair once more-
Our gazes interlock.
I bend down and look her straight in the eye,
She leans her head toward me and gives me those puppy dog eyes.
Then I push closer and she gives me a sloppy, sticky, love filled lick,
She truly is my lovely Lady.
