Storm is rolling in
as you close your eyes to rest
crawling from the darkness
we emerge as if possessed
Your thunder bites the cool air
as we cower down and cry
you come in shadows falling down
smoky circles round your eyes
Silence, silence soothes all
your time has come and gone
your hour of darkness has fallen with the dawn
A lullaby serenades
so simple, softening sounds
fangs of life, eyes of death
as we are falling to the ground
Darkness, darkness fills the air
your time has come and passed
your time of victory has come to an end at last
