Falling Back
I am falling back into what
I cannot see
As I am falling back, I am blind
However, I am not deaf nor paralyzed.
The piccolo plays a sweet but high pitched Tune
A melody so sweet
It makes me want to sleep.
I am falling back on soft
Brilliant riches that may seem
To be a cloud
A warm moist touch
Goes straight to my toes
A smell so pure, sweet, and lush.
I am falling back
Soon I taste the air trying to breathe.
Then poison sucking the life Away
I am falling back into Harms way
I am reaching out for a hand
To save me when in need
For I feel the poison
Choking me.
PLEASE, set me free!
Sincerely,
Victim of Fate
