The Lonely Dragon
There in the depths of Heritage Hall
there lives a dragon who stands so tall
he eats away at human bones,
filling the hall with shrieks and moans
Now, you hear a maiden call
The dragon is a lonely beast
and does not plan to have a maiden feast
He simply wishes to have a friend;
the maiden’s life, he does not plan to end.
They are content in the hall of the east
The dragon and maiden have a ball
there is happiness for one and all
Finally, a joyous dragon!
A wonderful ending for a dragon and a maiden small.
