I Can’t Control It
Mindlessly running
from my mind
Unplanted
Words said without say or control
Dramatic and disabling
Inable to fight the itch
That is what it feels to be,
Mindless.
Repetitive.
Vulgar.
Uncertain.
Offensive.
Echoes that bounce in my head
Echos left behind, and unsaid.
