Selfless
Sheer cold blasts my face,
Eagles soar above my place,
Lying down on the cold, hard snow,
Fearing they will ravage my elbow.
Learning to accept my deadly fate,
Eager I became when I saw a mate,
She hollered and ran through the north pole,
Selfless she was to save my soul.
