DEPRESSION
June 27, 2023
Drowning in darkness, lost and alone,
Endless despair, my body turned into a clone.
Pain wraps around, suffocating my soul ,
Restless heart cut into pieces, like cereal in a bowl .
Empty days pass, but no one knows ,
Sinking brains, dried eyes and frozen toes .
Some people don't know what I mean , some do ,
Insane is what i'm being called , but they know they are too .
On this day, I would like to encourage ,
Never let the intrusive thoughts win and remember that your life isn't a leverage.

This piece took me almost half an hour to create , not because it was easy but because the feelings were in my mouth but I couldn't say it to anyone. I hope this piece reaches to most of the teens out there suffering and telling them they aarent alone .
