Dear Snow
Dear Snow,
You struggle to stick on the ground this year
And you hope to stick long enough to be played with,
You are loathed by many,
But loved by many more
Your stinging cold may be tough to fight
But it is worth it in the end
You bring blizzards when you are angry
And flurries when you are happy
You make kids smile
When you cover the streets
You never fail to please me
So keep up the great work
-Your loved enjoyers

I wrote this piece because these past years snow has been coming less and less and I see the sadness on my brother's face when the winter passes with no snowstorms. I want to see one big storm to see my brother's happiness for one day in the snow and also so I can feel like a little kid in the snow again.
