Every day
another tear because of you
flows down my now pale face.
Every day
I think of you
and how it used to be.
You were like a sun for me,
lighting up my every breath,
my every thought.
All of them would say
you were no good for me
but I knew the real and true,
gentle side of you.
You said you liked it when you saw
my emotional and sensitive side,
which I still tried to hide.
I didnt want to get too close,
afraid to fall in love with you.
After all, if you play with fire....
You'll probablly get burned....
I guess thats...
