Shattered

The hatred churns inside me making everything hurt, as I feel the burn of my eyes
And feel the slight pain in my chest, the lump in my throat as I feel the anger rise as I hear the shame in your voice.

My head screams and every thought goes through like a bullet all at the same Time, I feel my face burn as I tell myself, You're fine, you're just fine. I know my Mind can't shape me, when I know I'm fragile glass and now someone tried to bend Me, mold me like clay and I shattered in their hands.

Do you shatter when everythings falling apart?
