You Don't act like it
I’d rather be blind then see you two together
When I see you my heart beats faster
I am surprised to know you can’t hear it
I heard you tell her that you love her
Hearing that ripped a whole in my stomach
You were my best friend
And you said we would be together forever
I’m going to take a guess…
You lied
I don’t really know what to say about you anymore
When people ask about you I just ignore them
I can’t stand to here you’re name anymore
I hate to remember what used to be OUR memories
But you refuse to remember
Or maybe you just don’t act like it
You never see me, you look right past me
Like I’m invisible
Like you never knew who or I was
Never cared for me
And never loved me …
I’m starting to get a grip on reality
Or at least on how you work
You love them, and then dump them
You break hearts so it’s never your own
You act like you don’t care even when you do
And the pain that we feel
Will never be like yours
The pain of being alone

Life is perfect until you sit back and realize how boring it is without risks.
