Angel
Our soothing words after fights
Always seem to calm my fright,
Because I think one night without you
Would be enough to turn brown eyes blue.
A broken angel, you hate those names,
But you are my savior; feel no shame,
I feel our love; it's close and true,
With no one else would I rather do
The crazy things we do together:
Skipping with joy, or whispering whether
There is anywhere else we'd rather be
Than lying her, just you and me.
Secrets shared, but never uttered,
One cool glance would make me stutter,
Only now's my time to get you back,
My lips over yours, your mind goes black.
Losing control of feelings for me,
I wish you would just go and set them free,
All it will take is one hug and kiss,
Let restraint go, feel Love's true bliss.
