Untitled MAG
my strength may soar or drop as constant
as
the rise and fall of my breast with each breath i take.
some days he gives me the ability to fly
out of some sheer joy he brings me - other days i regret
crawling out of bed in the morning to walk directly into the
face of despair or perhaps sheer confusion; but how am i ever
to know.
the power he holds over me is overwhelming. my happiness,
anger, pleasure and loneliness are all connected in me by
strings that only he can reach. I, myself, have no strings to
tug at. where the hell is our equilibrium?
words sweet and soft as can be;
or acts that jab at me like a fall into
briar.
i love him... plain as day; true as fact; forever as
infinity; and clear as mud.
please hold me up for long enough each day to see what
surrounds me, to touch reality.
