Ode to my bed
Its warmth, its love, the way it invites you in
The way it’s painful to leave its soft and comfy skin
Sometimes there cheap, sometimes there expensive
But there’s no price on happiness
You wash it and dress it, you dirty it and sleep on it
It holds on to you when you want to leave
Like a boa constrictor, killing’s its prey
You lay on it every day
 Until you throw it away
 It relieves stress
 It offers comfort
 I couldn’t live without it
