sticks n stones my brack my bones but words cant

I set my standards high
I deserve the best.
Try for what I want
And never settle for less.
Believe in myself
No matter what i choose .
Keep a winning attitude
And I will never lose.
Think about my destination
But don't worry if I'm stray.
Because the most important thing is what I've learned along the way.
Take all that Ive become
To be all that I can be.
Soar above the clouds and let my dreams set me FREE.

I love the optomist I can see in this poem. The positive feel and word flow is spectaular.

I really like this poem.

It's very simple and very postive and your poem is one of the few poems I've read that despite how short it is you've mangaged to get your message across. Keep writing. : )
