Why Does It Mean So Much?
Across a harsh and desolate land, will you hold me, take my hand. It hurts me more than you will ever know, to know that in a moment you'll be gone. Why would they do this to me, why can't the world just leave us be? Destined for love; I guess we're not; you're just a broken memory, a chapter I forgot.
Pick up the pieces of my broken, shattered heart, where did the ending go, and where did we start? These romances, the come and go, fool me with a velvet touch; god only knows why this one seemed to mean so much.
