A big old building that is so much more than what your eyes see
A building filled with popularity, peer pressure, self doubt
A place where you can feel like a nobody and just want to run away
Where drugs and alcohol are consumed to fix the brokenness
Which just leads to more…
A place that can tear apart your hopes and dreams and love
Where hearts are broken everyday and you're constantly reminded that your not good enough.

High school

A building where you also find yourself and who you want to become
Where dreams are formed and hearts are filled with a thing called love-- if only for a short time
Where brokenness can be fixed by those people you discover called best friends
Where it all can change in a second
But you wouldn't have it any other way.
