There is a thing called friendship
it feels like cats eating cat nip
the amazing memories will always last
even if they are so far in the past
the night we cried together
and even played basketball in the hot weather
I can't forget the days we couldn't stop laughing
I'm glad they didn't go packing
whatever happened that day
I'm glad it didn't sway
so friendship is really great
makes you as happy as you with your mate
