Imperfect
Blonde hair, green eyes,
Tan skin and big muscle thighs.
Random freckles, scars and bruises.
She wins the game,
And never loses.
Emotions run wild,
She's always confused.
She doesn't know what she wants,
Was always misused.
She lives everyday like its her last,
Even if she has made some mistakes,
In the past.
Everything just makes her stronger,
Negative comments,
Just keep gettin longer.
She sings,
She dances,
She wears her heart on her sleeve.
She says good-bye to those,
Who promised never to leave.
She has goals,
And she has dreams.
She thinks about the future,
Which makes her eyes beam.
She has faith,
In the one and only,
He is her father,
Just someone she can bother.
She has been broken,
And hurt before.
But in time,
It just heals more and more.
Sleepovers,
And water fights.
These are the things,
That make it alright.
Her eyes glisten,
With hope for the future.
She has so much to say,
So just sit back and listen.

Sometimes, that girl who seems so strong, who never lets what people say bother her, who smiles and laughs with her friends all the time, is really the girl who, deep down, is falling to pieces.
