Sadness
You try to think of happier times
When there wasn’t as many crimes
When people shared and cared
But now people are just scared
Treating every minute as there last
And hope they don’t go to past
Everywhere you turn there is some kind of violence
And you keep thinking but don’t utter a sound that all you want is silence
No one realizes the danger
You wish you could hide in a closet like hanger
You need someone you can trust
You realize the potential danger and say
It is not a must
One day everything will change
And when it does you will be amazed
