Thinking back to the good ol’ days
When Furbies and Pokemon were the craze
We didn’t care what anyone would think
It all went by in one quick blink
Making friends was not very hard
Hours were spent playing in the yard
We had energy for hours on end
My personal favorite game was pretend
As we got older, we started to care
Who we hung out with, what we’d wear
The process of growing up is so strange
It’s crazy how much a person can change
Even though it was just a phase
I’ll never forget the good ol’ days
