There you go and here i stay
nothing more can take what you took away
I promise i wont cry
and that i wont worry about you at all
but when you turn around
i uncross my fingers
and lose it all
As you walk out the door
i say my last goodbye
i see you turn away
and wipe the tear from your eye
You try to erase the thought
of me and you from mind
for weakness cannot show
behing the enemy line.
