The sun emerges from within the gray,
The dripping lines of darkness will fade,
As my loneliness goes away.

This new-found hope is here to stay,
It spreads across the sky in a colorful shade,
And the sun emerges from within the gray.

The emotions I have are difficult to portray,
But here you are, at my aid,
To help my loneliness go away.

Returning home, I think I may,
Forget the place that I betrayed,
For now the sun emerges from within the gray.

Yesterday means nothing when we have today,
The sky screams that it is afraid,
But my loneliness must go away.

Here we are – let’s seize the day,
Complete this game of life we played,
And here the sun emerges from within the gray,
Because my loneliness has gone away.
