Forgotten
He walks into the room,
 Looking for me.
Five minutes ago, we had gotten into a little scuffle,
 An argument about a date,
Where to go, what to do,
 And I had run off,
 Like a foolish coward,
 But now, I cannot hide-
Not unless my father picks me up right now-
 My friends betray my location,
 He approaches,
 I look at him.
 We talk
 He holds my hand.
 He smiles.
 Then we laugh.
It looks like that five-minute argument has already been forgotten.
