Guiltless
In all the years that I have lived,
I never will forget
the seeds that they have planted
and the tears that we have shed.
My soul will always shadow
the trails it has before.
There won't be any pain this time,
because there's nothing more.
This broken mirror casts
the sight of me away,
but I don't care because I know
I'll find my way out today.
There is no better reason
than the one I'm giving you.
It doesn't really mean much,
but it just might pull me through.
Every path I've taken
has always led me here,
and though I should be glad
this is always what I fear.
And because this thing i dying,
I crawl out of the decay.
I have no other purpose,
I'm finding my way out today.
